RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We place great emphasis on high-quality products and a satisfactory shopping experience. Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Returns must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. Please contact customer service at info@fawnstech.com before initiating a return. Please read the following guidelines carefully before returning an item.
1. Order Cancellation
If you have already completed payment but the order has not yet been shipped, you may request a cancellation. For cancellations, transaction fees from the platform or payment provider may apply and will be deducted from the refund. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to return the item, please follow the return process.
2. Return Conditions
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Late requests will not be processed.
Returned items must:

Include all original accessories, labels, manuals, and the invoice or order number
Returns will not be accepted if the item:

Has been used

Is damaged, stained, or has odors, is missing parts, or is otherwise unsellable
Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
3. Return Shipping Costs
We cover return shipping costs if:

You received the wrong item
Please send photos or videos as proof to info@fawnstech.com. After confirmation, you will receive return instructions and the shipping cost will be refunded.
If the return is due to the following reasons, the customer is responsible for shipping costs:

Personal reasons (e.g., dislike the item, wrong size, wrong order)

Incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect on time
Note: If the return is shipped without tracking or if the item is damaged or lost due to poor packaging, we are not responsible, and a refund cannot be issued.
4. Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Klarna).
Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

6. Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only if:

The item has obvious quality defects

The item was damaged during transport
Exchanges apply only to the same model and style. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send photos or videos to info@fawnstech.com. Late requests will not be processed.
For exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., wrong size or color), the customer bears the shipping costs. Items that have already been exchanged cannot be returned or exchanged again.
7. Handling of Gifts and Free Items
Free gifts must be returned together with the main item. Otherwise, the gift's value will be deducted from the refund.
If the order was marked as a "gift" during purchase, a voucher of equivalent value will be issued to the recipient upon return.
If the order was not a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser. Free items are complimentary and not included in the product price.
No compensation will be provided for damaged, lost, or out-of-stock gifts.
8. Return Address
Contact customer service to obtain the correct return address.
⚠️ Do not ship returns without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Cash on delivery is not accepted. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and approved refunds will deduct return shipping fees.
If a new shipment is returned, destroyed, or lost due to customer errors (not collected, refused delivery, wrong address), we are not responsible and will not issue a refund.
Delivery times for returned or exchanged items may vary depending on location. We recommend using trackable shipping and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
